I know people who are receiving year end evaluations and PIPs. Long term employees who are receiving unsubstantiated claims of performance. The question is at the end of the process, which they can terminate at any point., what is the severance if viewed the employee didn't meet the terms of the PIP according to them? Pretty sad. What the employees normally would have received is earned vacation time on April 1 of about 4-5 weeks but with the new vacation accrual model, they may be lucky to receive 2 or so days at 90 days. No more pension, vacation accruals, hostile work environment with discriminatory practices targeted to specific employees (long term employees). Karma is a bear.
