Thread regarding Giant Eagle layoffs

Yes they are. I was told 100+ people got let go this past Friday from corp and told by management there would be more, from every department. Don't know what will happen at the store level though. They are keeping very tight lipped about it. Would be better if they were honest and open. I fear it may be because they're going to try to fight unemployment compensation.
