Thread regarding Tim Hortons Inc. layoffs

I just do not why people are complaining about Tim Horton's - it's a great company to work for, I've never been treated with more respect and there are no layoffs here. You'll get a great opportunity to professionally develop and I do not think that anyone should fear job cuts or any kind of position eliminations. If you are willing to work hard and pour your heart into your work you will be successful here - there is no other recipe - you'll get paid, you'll grow, you will advance both as a person and professionally. There will always be people spreading rumors and injecting bad blood but overall - when you sum everything up - nobody can argue that Tim Horton is not a great company.
