Today was one of the hardest days of my life. I was "transitioned outside the company", but that was the easy part. The difficult part was to grab my daughter in front of me, and tell her: daddy will not be able to pay the surgery you need, maybe later this year. She can not see me clearly. She heard me crying and she told me "don't worry daddy, one day I will be able to see your work". I couldn't hold it and I cried. I want to get another job, one in which I can hold the promises I made to my kids.
I came to this site because someone mentioned me others where complaining about the lawyers not responding. That is right, but I'm not sure now if to get a psicologist instead, or save that money for my daughter. Best luck to you guys.
