Thread regarding Tiffany & Co. layoffs

I am not sure why we have to go thru layoffs again as business is picking up and the whole luxury goods sector is healthy again. I know that we at Tiffany have issues and that there is a bit of fat we nee need to trim, yet, it's crazy to have growth and job cuts at the same time...
