Actually the number is now more like 15% of the company. The majority was tech services, but it's over a hundred people across the board and the country. They've recently cut ties with their partners in China and their stock plummeted from $11 down to $6 after some shady investments. This is a company that has mistaken their customers need for technology for a desire to work for them. They are hiring account people now, but in general they have no experience in maintaining client relationships. As such, they're very vulnerable to project terminations. In addition, they've combined their strategy and creative departments under one leader, David Chang, formerly of Sapient Nitro. Great tech guy, but terrible people person. They continue in the wrong direction. Good luck.
