Novatel Wireless is struggling - I am not saying that there will be layoffs but the pressure is mounting and it's hard to maintain marketshare. Now, all of know what happens when you lose market share and when the company is struggling to pay it's bills - we will need a major change in strategy and products in order to survive and avoid layoffs.
