Now, let's call this consolidation as well - 150 folks are let go - so, 50 last year, and 150 this year (2013) - that's 200 - I'd venture to say that letting go 10% of your work force is a bit more than consolidation. Keep in mind that the execs are increasing their bonuses, so we cannot talk about cost cutting here as well. I remember when BB was a great company, now everyone is in fear and nobody knows what's next - people used to work with zeal and with customer in mind, now it's all about surviving. It's sad...
