Many department will be affected in the upcoming layoffs - I am not 100% certain but I did hear rumors - layoffs would include billing, IT, accounting/finance, procurement and Communications. Customer Service and Marketing may get a trim too...

If the merger goes through (doubtful), layoffs will focus on shared services.
