Houston we have a problem. The team leader at McDonalds is at least competent enough to teach me how to make a fish filet. Inside the plants we were the team leaders each and every member of 320. We did not try to outdo each other for a bonus. We came we conquered and we had them units up and running when needed and purring like kittens. We were self-sufficient. We needed absolutely no direction from any shifty, foreman or supervisor unless we needed something ordered or time off. More than a few times we saved the units from a shifty screw up. We worked together as a team that you will not be able to replace. So be it if it’s over its over I was working and living before this job and I will be doing the same after! This blog is just a way to try and break 320. It’s not as easy as you thought is it “M”? Food stamps, WIC, HEAP, unemployment whatever it takes; we have been paying into these programs for years now it’s our turn to take from them. We can let “M” and the rest of the scabs support us for a while.
