Charlotte Russe is run by people who can't distinguish countries in latin america. Remember when for Cinco de Mayo they put their Rio line of clothing on sale to celebrate this day... Mexico and Brazil, its all the same, right Charlotte Russe? They definitely have an agenda when it comes to race, they especially love hiring Asians and dislike a lot of races. I heard a lot of comments made on the 4th floor, its not as PC in the People department as you may think.
