These managers are not the problem unless they disrespect the line. They are put in the same awkward position as we are. Its team Marty and above; why do you think they drop off coffee and donuts, buy pizza for us and sympathize with us when they pass through. The two you spoke of are new in their positions and stuck in the middle. They have friends on the outside but have to respect the company.
