Thread regarding Dynegy Inc. layoffs

For those of you union or other who might read this. As a Local 320 member i want to let all of you know how good this Union has been to me and my family in time of need. Without expectation or judgement they ALL have come through. The few on this board that might be insensitive to others are most likely scared. I'm scared too! Those of you who show up with lunch for us and coffee to keep warm i thank you and i'm humbled by the gesture. To my Union leaders, captains and committee's i can't imagine the stress you must feel. This truly sucks! Efforts no matter how small must continue to be recognized, applauded and appreciated. Those we fear may be swayed must continue to be coached and counseled. This is how we succeed! This is how we prosper! This is who we must be to exist!
