Alloy is a good company to work for, I can tell you from my personal experience. It's well respected here in India and it has very skilled employees and there is a lot of room to grow and learn. We develop many good software product and we are wll know for our solutions for automated help desk, IT and general service management, IT asset mgmt. We also have a VERY strong solution for network inventory. I am not aware of any layoffs, I know we are very strong and we often hire people.
