Thread regarding Dynegy Inc. layoffs

Obviously Bi Pola Kola along with his sidekick little Caesar could not manage to make or motivate a fish to swim in water. Personally I would rather have a manager work his way to the top from his hands on experience and not given a position just because he has an engineer’s degree in emptying bottles of scotch or by getting fired from his previous employer or bailed some failing company out of the gutter by being in the right place at the right time (Grandpa Choo Choo) remember him. There are a couple managers that still don’t get the big picture and still have that pola motivational mentality (those few know who they are). Its like they were brain washed by him and cannot help it. The rest of the management here is doing a great job! They have limited funds to work with, limited staff and double the work load. The most important part is they treat the workers with respect and appreciate what they do by letting them know it. A thank you! and a good job! goes a lot further than that pizza that was held in front of your face all the time.
