Maybe I'm lucky, maybe I just do my job well. But 2 promotions in 4 years puts a smile on my face. Complaining about all the hoopla does no one any good and brings down the moral of everyone around. Still working here - still happy here. Dream job? No. But they do provide the resources to help you achieve your dream job. My two cents.
