Yes. I agree with what is written about synechron. When time comes to lay-off, they don’t at all consider employees hard work, skills and talent rather they prefer to keep their favorite employees and give them chance to grow up. They throw out employees in such a way that they will never want to come back again and work for this company. They use people when they want and throw out when they finished their work. They give very bad treatment to employees. They take advantage of employees innocence. I came to know from my from my frieds that they give importanace to personal things rather than professional things........ This is very bad actually...

This is still relevant in 2020.
It is true.. They used guys and throw them out. i have seen ppls was crying while lost job >..very negative. They have no major projects but mostly employees on bench ...Difficult to understand their bussiness.
