CR is a great company! I have an amazing DM and RM. Idk who you other field employees work for, but you guys need to move to R3. I see that the first post dates back to 02/04/11, only a couple of months before CR is bankrupt. That was 1 yr, 5 months, and 13 days ago. Um, I was at work yesterday. In business and going strong! Up 17% to plan and 23% to LY and I bonus every month at the top tier. Point is we are still in business and we are opening 15 new stores this year. So just stop with all the complaining, just be fluid and go with it and if you don't like it leave. CR is an AT WILL company, right? I have worked for the company 4 yrs, I'm not going anywhere.
