Two Buck needs to overhaul the Custmer Service organization starting at the top and much of the second layer. The top seat is a former Nortel Supply Chain guy who took over Support towards the end so hardly a seasoned vet to run the group. Many legacy GENBAND customers can't believe the Nortel Services regime pushed out the best service guy Legacy GENBAND had and TWO BUCK needs to bring him back, Bring back Triple A to mop this mess up. You could call that guy day or night, weekends or holidays and he would answer or you received a prompt callback. This multi-layer support structure is dated so Two Bucks spend a couple dollars and time to bring back a support leader us customers believed in before this Nortel Regime destroys you and this company.
