Sorry I must step in once again. So you were not satisfied with a person that slept his days away in that position, but your also not happy with a person who tries to make the best (and more) out of what was thrown at her. I’m confused…. What would a person have to do in this position to meet your approval? We all know a company cannot operate without a safety director, so whether to achieve a bigger bonus, fill a void that’s been missing from that department, or she is just the type of person that gives 120% to anything that is thrown at her, I have to give her credit. A Veteran who can retire tomorrow seems to want to keep working with a company almost guaranteed fail! As silly or as lousy her ideas seem to be at least she is trying to make a difference, even if it is one person she helps, its more than you have by the attitude you displayed. One more thing before I head too work, she has butted heads with Brad many times in the past and I’m sure she will not let him walk all over her like other people do!
