Mr. Piggs would like to thank the operators yet again for helping out the yard. It is obvious that an overpaid former metermaid cannot effetively manage the resources he has to get jobs done so he needs operators to come over and get things moving. See he doesn't have the respect of his own men so giving him people he don't know helps in that regard. How is it that a coal yard that doesn't get coal deliveries needs so much help accomplishing tasks during their down time...one would have to question this man's managerial skills...you know other than having people sign petitions not to fire his spunk giver and also playing cop and sneaking up on people when they take a minute to catch their breath. Hey Houston we found another $100,000 to save in Newburgh, T. Piggs has a hard enough time managing his department and needs help all the time! Another joke that's not funny...maybe he deserves the second biggest bonus on the site!
