The “Yard Rat” reported to management the following day that he was assaulted by another yard Man with a medicated ointment. In his statement he stated that he thought long and hard about what had happened the day before. He also indicated in his statement, that his wife and uncle John thought it was the best thing to do.
During our investigation the Yard Men with the ointment did say that he in fact but ointment on “The Rats” neck.
Our conclusion after the investigation was that “The Rat” and his family have on self respect or integrity. The gentleman that was terminated was the person in the whole investigation with integrity.
