The people team issue so many write ups because they lack the ability to train managers and DMs on how to identify talent, hire the right people and train with consistency. They are simple inexperienced for the positions they are in. 2 years of focusing on moving people out of the business, isn't it time to focus on hiring the right people for the business? But, they will just blame all the problems on the "old HR" team.
