Lance was awesome, he actually cared for those he supported. His supervisor has a nickname called "The Terminator" I honestly don't know why he didn't quit sooner. She's got our region writing every SM and ASM up that isn't perfect. What they should be doing is showing the whole buying team the door for sending us crap for the last two years!
