Whomever is occasionally bringing this situation up, could you please enlighten me? Does the union know of this case? Is the victim a union member? Does corporate know? Why hasn't SHE looked for some legal assistance to pursue this? I am only asking because it seems like this blog is only getting one side of the story. Has she also made inappropriate comments and that's why it's been left alone? Once again, just asking...it just seems like there is more to this than what is being told. The fact of the matter is that even if she did make her own comments in the past, Ethics doesn't work on a "two to tango" philosophy. Each person is responsible for THEIR actions and cannot justify them by another person's behavior.
