Shrink results in my store doubled from last tim and sales significantly dropped. When I tried discussing the increase in shoplifting in my store with lp, I pretty much got blamed for the problem even though I know id do everything I can to prevent it. Its so frustrating and upsetting to ask for help, not get any, and then get blamed for the problem.
