Jenny has a definite bias towards hiring asians and homosexuals. Her bias can also be seen in the crappy line of clothes we have been selling. Jenny was successful at Old Navy because she had the tools and determination to get the job done. Here she is lazy in the sense that she just wanted to hire her friends and milk this company for personal gains, and she lacks concern for any of her employees.
