Harsh, but true in the sense that they wanted to appeal to their own oriental demographic, which previously did not shop CR stores, and while chasing this tiny demographic they ingored the huge hispanic community that has been loyal to their stores. Its part of their failed business plan from huge egos that were never warranted. The greed, hubris and giant egos of Jenny Ming and her followers have led to the demise of this brand. A change in management is needed to have any chance of success.
