Thread regarding Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. layoffs

Sad to see so many bad decisions. Cuts in ONLY certain areas. A people team who never took the time to see what was working and what was not, before implementing all OLD NAVY programs. And high salaries paid to executives for what? Look at the part time SVP of HR? She collects a big fat 6 figure salary and works from her home in Kansas? Really? Don't forget Dawn in San Francisco, Hugh 6 figure salary, and takes the summer off, then returns? Note: we were doing better over the summer... Unethical business practices, only lower level expense cuts, and friverlus salaries. Can't understand why we are failing.
