Our RD told us it was OUR fault we did not make plan, so we caused all the cuts. Apparently, it's our fault we manage 45-50 customers with 2 employees. We get no shipment one day and 40 another, and it's our fault we can't get it out. Our tasks and visual "changes" are endless because corporate can make up thier mind and we have to complete with no hours, so we work off the clock, but it's never enough.
