Thread regarding Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. layoffs

The new San Diego office is extremely depressing. I can tell you that most people know that only the most critical accounting positions will be kept, so many people are worried that with the next round of layoffs some of the non-essential accounting positions will be cut. The new finance department is horrific, their work has lots of errors and they have no personality and are terrible to deal with. If we are not opening new stores, and probably closing more stores, do we really need that many people in the real estate and construction department? Instead of cutting from the field, I think you can cut some of those other positions that are no longer essential to the company.
