I here all the time that the "Cowboy" DM is such a lame ASS.. Always behind sending paper work - emails - follow -up etc. Never returns your calls. Shows up and disappears without notice. You discuss being promoted only to be pass-over by a unqualified OVER PAID -- GAP transplant. MORE TO COME...
