John - right on!!! The DMs do what the hell they want.....run you over, throw you under the bus AND pass you over when you've been told repeatedly your in line for a promotion. Not once, but 5 freakin times!!! what a joke! this company doesnt give a damn about you as an employee.....I beginnin to wonder what if anything they DO care about!! People are last - save the DMs ass at all costs!!! See any DMs in the layoff notices???? NONE!! One DM salary? Probably 2 to 3 times these poor hourly folks. BUT NO!! Save the sacred COWS in DM slots, thats the charlotte way.
