You think the company would figure out if the human resources department is so terrible, then they probably should not be working from home. They should be based in the office where they can be supervised. They are not above the rest of us. I agree this is just the typical bull shit we all deal with at CR. I have hope that the new CEO will change things like this, until then, this is the worst place I have EVER worked and a lot of the issues arose from HR's inability to do their job.
