Franklin is hosed, I am not sure if they are in business any more. The whole mortgage market collapsed and there is nothing that Franklin can do about it. They had a couple of good years during the peak of the housing cycle however the business model is crushing right now for Franklin American Mortgage. I am not an expert so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
