Didn't realize we had resorted to name calling. Revenue less cost is gross margin, or MAYBE gross profit but that's a stretch. Profit and net income can be used interchangeably. A company isn't profitable until revenue-COGS-operating expenses-interest-taxes yields a positive result. Last I checked the CR management team wasn't teaching business fundamentals.
