Dear Anonymous, Because they do not know the true value of a "good" employee. They have no respect for their employee's abilities nor do they have "time" for them. False advertisement. Big disappointment. Lots of Chiefs and none of them talk to each other or communicate to their employees. Don't waste your time with them. It's not worth the pain they create, believe me.
