Thread regarding Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. layoffs

If someone took over the company you worked for, fired some great co-workers who killed themselves to build this company, and replaced them with old navy alums that were unemployed and have a sense of entitlement, you would be pissed too. Now I have to come to work and tolerate people who have no clue what they are doing, they know have this sense of being defeated and are acting lazy. I have seen our sales crash, then seen our margins crash to try to get market share that we lost. There are only a few good employees that are new. If Advent wants to ever turn CR around, they need to fire 80% of the company, and beg... BEG.... to hire back some of the old employees. I HATE working here now, but I have faith that Advent will do the right thing and fire Jenny and bring someone with a good fast fashion background to run this company. If you do not have fast fashion experience, I think you should be fired. And when they replace Jenny, I will make sure my recommendation is heard.
