Thread regarding Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. layoffs

I currently work for Charlotte and i must say that i am truly content. This company has many challeneges and a bumpy road ahead, but thats just it....there is still an "ahead". I get that some of you guys are angry, upset, concerned about the companys future but there are a few things you can do. First, if you are THAT unhappy or upset with the direction the company is going, LEAVE! Nobody is forcing anyone to stay here, so all of the negative comments about people doing their jobs and how they do their jobs arent warrented or needed. I am NOT happy with the direction of the company and do NOT agree with A LOT of decisions that are made, BUT i do have hope that we can turn it around. YTD i am up 10% to LY and i closed out my LY sales down 12%. I REFUSE to let any of these challenges or obsticles overwhelm me from day to day. My goal and plan is to push myself and my team to do the best we can! That being said, i levae work everyday with my head held high knowing that i did my very best, period. it is so unfortunate that so many people have been let go, but i can not allow that to slow me down or stop me. the best thing I can do is give 100%, especially if i choose to stay, which i am. i guess all in all, while i do recognize that Charlotte is having a lot of trouble, i refuse to throw in the towel at this point. i dont think its too late for us to turn around......for those of you who disagree, again, i encourage you to leave, because the negativity, name calling, and bashing is pointless and unnecessary!
