Thread regarding Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. layoffs

That is why this company is failing, they fired the wrong people, and just kept who ever had experience at Old Navy or was friends with Jenny. The people who they kept are idiots. I think no department is a better example of how terrible the employees are than the people department. I know Jenny is just waiting around to get fired, but she needs to get off her lazy ass and clean house in the people department. Things keep getting worse, but everyone ignores the issues because they know a drastic change is coming once Jenny is fired.
