It has to be a minimum of 90 days from the last layoff (bc of WARN), last one was 2/2/2011, so at the earliest 5/4/2011. Better comps for April are due to an Easter shift, and have nothing to do with CR's performance, its a product of change in calendar. Funny how Jenny is probably trying to take credit for it. She is such a scum bag. The plan has some major changes, they will try to put a positive spin on it, but its all due to the company performing so poorly... how many times can you spin the company is fine but another 50 people just got laid off?
