and the charges are insanely high with one line item even stating to "make something up" for someone. MILLIONS yet people have not been paid.

I don't understand! The receiver has the money in the receivership accounts to pay himself $1,001,689.24 and his hired council $613,889.21.
But CANNOT pay the terminated faculty the money we are all owed for our last paychecks which were due March 15th. Can someone do something!?!?

There are 10s of thousands of court documents. Have read many of them. If you are referencing the Doc #: 365 Filed: 06/12/19, It says nowhere that the receiver is requesting millions in pay for himself. Your 3 lines are vague and conclude nothing. I could pull many 3 liners from the court order that negates any wrong doing. For instance, " Together, the receiver’s applications
sought court approval to pay $2,151,681.61. No parties or interventions have objected to the fee
applications."
The court is merely asking for the receiver's submission. 4. What source of funds – explicitly – does the receiver anticipate using for payment
of his fees and expenses and to pay the fees and expenses of his outside counsel.
The receiver shall submit his response to this order as soon as possible.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
s/Dan It's just another day at court! It changes nothing and makes no condemnation.
If you are referencing a different document or proceeding, source it specifically as I have done!.
Source? The court documents. Read them
Your source is???
all such a huge scam
