CEO is gone. VP (buddy of CEO) was promoted to take CEO’s place by the CEO before leaving, has given notice. More managers will be joining them. SS&C is wise to clean house on Managent level.

There are a lot of managers at DSTPS that are coat tail riders. Most of the management there are the friends of the two mentioned In this post. They all came from fairway (which was ran in the ground by that group). I feel for the employees that are under that structure. It is no wonder they are having people leave like they are. If SSNC cleans that group out, they could probably have a growing thriving company there.
