Rumor has it there will be some big lay-offs next week!! Has anyone else heard this rumor?

Entire web implementation team let go.
People have been let go in Mobile Office today, a lot of the web team.

I expect there to be a layoff tomorrow, they will then give it the weekend to run the news cycle, then another big positive announcement next week with a rebranding.
That will give the company good SEO separate from the bad press, plus make Googling easier and more reliable. Expect a very nontraditional name that isn't in common use today.
Is there an office in mobile? What dept are there? Why are they doing this?!? We try so hard and love our clients like family!!!

I would say if you were told to stay home that would be a good sign. Why would they keep you home only to fire you? Usually they will have security come in after they fire you in person.

the plan must be to fire enough people so the company appears profitable, then sell it. Anything to make those investors richer.

Last week we noted large shipment of boxes that arrived in Omaha. Person receiving them had no clue but then discovered it’s for upcoming layoffs. Omaha is going to get hit hard this next round! Need to see who remains, those will be ones under golden handcuffs and given extensive retention bonuses. These are the very same individuals who help craft file rankings then decide upon your career expectancy staying employed at west.
I heard this lay-off will include upper management, Directors and above in Omaha.
Its no longer a rumor, its like clockwork. Every fiscal quarter another 250 people get laid off from various parts of the company. The number of people laid off from each site is just enough to avoid having to file a WARN notice.
The rumor is true! No one is safe next week!

I've heard similar rumblings. We have some people that have been using up all of their left over PTO.
