I have a Job offer from Ruckus.

the President of Ruckus is leaving- you still want to join that loser company - CommScope? No 401k match, no ESPP. Why would you go there?
NOooooooo. Ruckus does not really exist by itself. You would be working for Commscope. Check out Commscope and see if you want to work for a low tech company.
