It's OK to work here to get some experience in the utility industry - you need to get out as soon as the base layer of knowledge is acquired.
The executive management has created a very toxic environment to work in.
They keep cutting benefits...
Layoffs are happening even though the makes record profits.
Finally, they love to hire outsiders and will not hire and promote within (if they can get away with it)...
