Layoffs soon or not?

And they wonder why their employees are frustrated, lay off employees, mandatory OT right away after that. Buy a new company, send people to New York to learn that company to work in a building that won't be ready to work in when they get back. Then start hiring new people already but not bringing back any of the people that were let go
