The only time RAW came out of pocket to purchase APC stock was in May 2017 at a tune of about $1m. According to OXY’s S-4, formal talks between he and VH took place in July of that year. Coincidence?

It’s been the plan all along! RAW messed up a deal with Exxon to buy APC in 2014! It took 5 more years to find another s---er.
Honey, as far as I can see, the plan to sell APC has been going on since 2014 when RAW came on. Maybe 2013 or before so what you state would not surprise me.
