I have been following the case and as of today 6/10 unpaid medical claims (if you had medical insurance through Dream Center) will not be paid. You will need to make arrangements to pay the unpaid bills with your provider. I am assuming we are just out the money we paid toward our medical cost out of our paychecks. Sad
I just got a bill 2 weeks ago from July 2018... yes, fraud.
I paid on-time from my paycheck... I should have been covered.
Is there a lawsuit to join? How many people has this affected??
Just got hit with bills from providers stating that any claims during the BAS era are not being paid thus we have to pay them ourselves. WTF!!!! I had every 2 week Premiums fees deducted from my pay for Family and all that money that was suppose to give me and my family coverage was A LIE.
Providers say we have to pay, I say to SOUTH UNIVERSITY, DCEH, and all GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK
This is insurance FRAUD plain and simple.

Yea, I called Dottore and he had the gall to ask me which portion of his two million I would like to be paid from.
The only option is to contact the receiver (Dottore) and tell them we paid premiums but are getting bills and see what they advise.
I just uncovered this same information last week when thousands of bills from healthcare professionals came in the mail.
Clearly this isn't legal. Have you found out what options employees have? After all, we DID pay our premiums. We shouldn't be responsible for all these bills.
Has anyone spoken with an attorney about our rights and options?
