A Class action complaint should be filed for: Breach of Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing, Negligence, Discrimination and Unlawful Practices.
The hand selected employees were forcefully asked to sign the change from full-time to part-time and loss of potential benefits believing it was company wide, which it was not. I personally signed under duress.
All employees are probably protected under A.R.S. 41-1463, where it is unlawful, “to limit, segregate or classified employees or applicants for employment in anyway which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual or employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect the individual status as an employee because of the individuals of race, color, religion, s-x, age, or national origin, or in the nature of disability.”
